Job Description:
* Partner with leadership to align hiring strategies with current and future workforce needs
* Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process - including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
* Recruit high-volume requisitions for the manufacturing and administrative departments
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing methods, including outreach and referrals
* Manage job postings, ensuring optimal advertising across job boards, career sites, and social media.

Requirements:
* Associate's Degree required
* 2+ years of recruiting experience
* Experience in the construction, logistics, or manufacturing industry is a plus!
* Previous experience utilizing ATS and sourcing software (ex. UKG / UltiPro, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)

Additional Info:
* Pay range: $25 to $35 per hour
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
* Location: In Office
* Type: Temporary for 4-6 weeks
